15:00 March begins

Place: ＵＥＮＯ　ＳＵＩＪＯ　ＯＮＧＡＫＵＤＯ　(same place as 2012 Marci in March. APFS members will gather at 12:30 in front of the JR Ueno Sta. Koenguchi Entrance Gate)
